Terrible hotel with rude and unhelpful staff. Booked a room that said it had views of Times Square and that is completely untrue there are no view of Times Square or the ball drop on NYE. We paid a fortune for a hotel with no view, tiny rooms and rude staff....

The hotel was nice and clean! The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate their guest. Mel, Sata, and Tanaisha deserve a special shoutout! They helped me make calls and track down my phone I had lost on the sidewalk (which is a miracle in NYC)!!...

Justin customer service !

I was checked in by Justin and he was amazing. Extremely charismatic and helpful. Justin customer service is excellent. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taking care of. We had a couple of inconveniences and Justin resolved them on the spot....

Extremely Disappointing

Noisy air vent makes for really bad quality sleep. Arrived on 30 December 2024 and currently into my 4th out of my 8-night stay and I havent slept a wink cos of the noisy air vent.
Air is also stale.
Shower was clogged on the first night we arrived.
Waited more than an hour (from 1015pm to 1130pm) before the hotel attended to our request to unclog the shower area.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews however I've just spent the last 4 nights, arriving on 30th Dec and going home tomorrow and it's probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in in the NYC area. The rooms are a good size for NY, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The rooms are warm and cosy. Very busy hotel so sometime can be spent waiting on the lifts to arrive. Great location.
