horrible hotel chain to avoid

Horrible hotel - breakfast very of below standard, 3 elevators are outdated and insufficient for 44 floors with about 400 rooms, and holds large security deposits for very long period. The hotel debited about 500 dollars as security deposit but told me the amount is blocked. On several complaints, it refunded only 1 dollar after 2 weeks. After providing visa statement, finally refunded full amount....

Hotel smelled. Staff was all clueless and some of the most worthless people I have ever met. Elevators took 20+ mins to get up and down. Head maid couldn't communicate with her own team due to language barrier, admittedly by her. Whole experience was a disaster and to be perfectly honest the hotel would be better off by simply clearing house....

I have stayed in the hotel, friendly staff , they give complimentary cookies and water which was kinda cool. Rooms are ok compared to New York standards , more spacious than other hotels in New York, however not too fancy.
Only problem with the hotel is that it is very crowded and expensive but it's in a good location in proximity to Time square....

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. Check in time is too late and trying to get a room anytime before 4 is rough. Elevator situation is a joke, 2 elevators for the whole building. Just walked down 28 flights most mornings....

Very poor hotel with only hot water.

I am still staying at the hotel right now and be very upset and disappointed with the hotel service. I am not saying about other things, such as small room with poor amenities etc., I am only saying about the water. My room is 4107 and it only has hot water. I was very embarrassed trying to finish my bath with very hot water. I called the reception and they promised a technician coming in. I waited for 30 minutes in ...
