Excellent hotel. Reasonable rates, hotel was spotlessly clean and the best part all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Free Nespresso coffee, breakfast. Highly recommend this property and I will definitely be back. Great experience for NYC....

Entertaining check in with Robert.
Spacious room with comfortable bed. Ample drawer/hanging space.
Iron & board, inroom safe, fridge, aircon ok, wifi good.
Soap bar at basin, shampoo/gel dispensers at walk in shower, water pressure good, hairdryer.
Bar on site. Limited breakfast.
All staff were friendly & helpful.

The Distrikt Hotel in Hell's Kitchen is a must stay when in NYC! I have stayed here several times and the staff is always so welcoming greeting guests no matter how busy they are at the time. The Hotel is clean, safe, has the nicest bathrooms, great beds & pillows as well as a fun bar area to have a drink or snack with friends. My 5 friends had a ladies trip to NYC to see a few shows and have fabulous food in late Oc...

Staff entered my room while I was in there despite do not disturb sign

10:30 AM Sunday a housekeeper walked into my room. The housekeeper ignored the do not disturb sign on my door knob. Checkout was 12 PM so it was 1.5 hours before checkout. It made me feel uneasy to know that staff will enter the room during my stay. I told the front desk and she said email the manager, writing the email address for me.
