As a frequent traveler, both with Hilton and New York City, I cant say enough about the desk staff at the Distrikt Hotel! Kelly went above and beyond to assist me with the valet, and make my check in process easy and seamless! Her energy was infectious and she is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Great location, minutes walk from Broadway and Times Square. Spotless hotel, food good and would highly recommend. The highlight of this hotel is the staff, incredible customer service with particular shout out to Robbie who was amazing. Well be back!...

Very nice hotel in good location.
A lot of the attractions we looked to visit were nearby and subway stations were close. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Penn Station.
Staff were all excellent and helped with directions and suggestions on bars/diners.
Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. Air conditioning was very noisy for the first couple of minutes then it settled down and was barely ...

Great Location! Front Desk very welcoming! Kelly and Mike were helpful in helping us get situated! Greeted us twice more as we came and went. Even had Apple Cider in the lobby! Loved that is just a few locks from great restaurants and theaters. We would stay here again!...
