Nice hotel, great location (minus the needle exchange)

Overall, this is a very nice hotel.
The first impression is not great. The hotel is beside a needle exchange, and you will see many zombies near the entrance to the hotel. We saw needles on the sidewalks and the street, so be careful.
The lobby is tiny, but functional. We were checked in quickly.

We really loved this hotel. The front staff were so helpful and kind. Our room was on the 23rd floor and was very comfortable, facing the back door it was so quiet! The bistro had wonderful breakfast selection. It was very good. The location was perfect close to everything. We really loved walking to the highline....

Great hotel near MSG, Macy's, Times Sq and Empire State Bldg

I flew into NYC for a concert and stayed here since it's a great location very close to Madison Sq. Garden. The hotel looks like it's been renovated recently. The lobby is small, the rooms are not big but mine was in immaculate condition. Bed was firm and nice....

We went for the NY marathon. Very clean, comfy bed, well connected to subway including subway to JFK. Great service at reception from Crystal, Katerine and Aaron.
Would love to come back.
Room service is every 2 days, so you need to make your own bed sometimes. ...

Great location, nice hotel!

We were delighted with location, so close to a lot of key locations. We arrived 3 hours before check in and were allowed into room.
Room was large for New York and had everything we needed, was also very clean! Comfy bed and great TV.
As mentioned in some reviews lifts were a little slow but we were on floor 4 so we used the stairs.
Front desk staff were attentive and helpful when asking for anything.
