The hotel location was convenient and an easy walk to Times Square, Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and many other attractions. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Katheryn at the check-in desk and all of the Bistro staff, especially Lisette, that we encountered provided excellent customer service and made our party of four feel like valued guests. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, in particular by providing subway directions for us to various venues . The hotel is very conveniently located to many areas of interest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manhattan....

Great hotel, excelent location , seems recently renovated, good size room.
Everething spotless although water preassure from the shower (floor 22) could be better.
Apart from that, the rest was excellent. Definetly will repeat on my next visit...

The Courtyard NY Manhattan Times Square West is an oasis in a convenient but somewhat seedy neighborhood. Stepping inside is like entering a different world. Staff were both warmly welcoming and exceptionally vigilant about those entering (important given the location). Our two-queens room was small but about what wed expect size-wise for NYC. As a Titanium, we asked for the highest floors available for our double queen and king rooms. Our queen was on the 20th, and king on the 21st (out of 27).
Our rooms were new, very clean, and spacious. The true queen beds and king bed were firm. Both rooms had a desk and chair.
