Unjustifed charge after checking out.

We stayed at this hotel for one night from September 14 to 15. A day after checking out we received a charge on our CC for $100 for a broken toilet seat. We contacted the hotel for more information, but were never able to have management respond to us. The fact is, that there was no broken toilet seat when we checked out of the room. Good location and decent hotel. However be aware that they will place large pending charges on your card that will remain on your account fir a long time after you check out. A bit dodgy to be honest.
Very difficult to contact the hotel as there is no email....

Noisy very little privacy

Room was 10 feet from front desk and breakfast area, basically in the lobby. No effort was made by staff to keep noise out conversations low, could hear conversations people eating and laughing, and doors banging.
Location was good. Changed hotels...

HOVEL STAY CLEAR RUDE STAFF DIRTY HOTEL

From arriving at the hotel the receptionist was rude and arrogant it was 2,30 all the cleaners were sat in the reception eating their lunch and being loud and racous we were told rooms weren't ready we had been travelling over 36 hours and were exhausted, when they had all finished eating she called us over and said rooms were ready ????
She wanted a credit card and wanted 100 dollars for damages b4 we were given th...

Amazing location and great staff!

Rehanna Hussain made us feel special everytime we met her. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. The beds are comfy. The air-conditioning is temp controlled. The windows have a decent view of the streets outside. There are lot of eateries around the place.
