Best hotel by far, I love staying here, every NYC trip I make, it's my first choice. Staff are awesome, concierge is the best (shout out to Cristian & Danny!!!), love them for taking care of booking things for me, sharing tips on best places to visit so I can see more & more of the city, including when I venture outside of the state! Very good value hotel in the heart of the financial district of NYC, downtown Manhattan. Loads of bars and restaurants around. Front desk and concierge were helpful, polite and cheerful. Rooms were clean and spacious for NYC. Bathroom good with decent shower. Would happily return here.
Top tip - if getting a cab to JFK and you see it is going to take longer than an hour, the concierge will get you a fixed rate cab ...

Everything is impeccably clean and polished and staff are very helpful and eager to assist.
Location for us as a family was perfect. It's in the financial district so walking distance to all sites in that area (wall st, world trade center, oculus, Brooklyn bridge, and even battery park). We stayed a few nights to explore NY and attend a wedding. The hotel was conveniently placed to explore and was close to Fulton Street where you could easily get the subway.
