This is the first hotel in many years that I have no complaints for!
The Artezens staff were kind and courteous, always greeting you and asking how they could help.

I read about this being the number 11 out of >500 hotels in NYC and chose to stay one night with my 13 year old daughter as we passed through the area. I wanted to avoid driving in midtown so this location was great. Driving in the financial district was not bad. I map up to the parking at 31 Gold street. Absolute best time away for New Year 2024!
The Artezen Hotel is superbly located for getting out and about. Fulton St. subway is 2minutes walk away. Plenty of really good places to eat within a 5 minute walk including the famous Joes Pizza.
Special shoutout to Christian on the concierge - recommended loads of places to eat and drink and was always super friendly and helpful.
