Cute boutique hotel, we checked in on thanksgiving and Eric was super helpful at the front desk. Rooms are small but standard for NYC and the space is well utilized. The drawer under our bed as a little broken but still useable. Location was great....

First time at an Arlo hotel and was pleasantly impressed! Rooms are NYC-size, as expected, but the space was clean and comfortable! Lobby has a great lounge and working area if you want to bring out your laptop or chill. I arrived prior to noon but Eric and Paola was able to do a complimentary early check-in. Much appreciated after a flight into the city!...

An excellent stay. This hotel is clean, modern and has very useful spaces -- a comfortable lounge on the main floor, a rooftop deck, a restaurant, and a 24-hour coffee, snacks and drinks kiosk just off the lobby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, a special shout-out to Paola. A super place to stay in the Soho/Tribeca/Village area, easy walking to so many places, and subway station about 10 minutes awa...

amzinggg experience with friendly people. everyone was super nice and helpful and they made us feel safe and comfortable. the rooms and the smell of the hotel gave it a very cozy feel. since new york has always been my dream destination im glad i choose this hotel as the one to stay at....

Soft bed, clean hotel, modern rooms, all the good stuff - but really what made this spot incredible was the staff. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every employee we interacted with was exuberant, welcoming, and helpful. Big shoutouts to the Bodega girl who opened our wine because we forgot a wine key, Jean at the front desk who checked us in and answered countless questions and gave us pizza recommen...
