10/10 stay in New York cant possibly ask for more. This is my THIRD stay in Arlo Nomad for the past 6 months. The staffs really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable and extra special - shoutout to Jamilah & Brianna for their AMAZING hospitality. Hotel doesnt really look like it does online. The lobby looks a bit messy. The security guy looked depressed! Not cosy and welcoming like the pics.
I see lots of comments on amazing service. But we couldnt get a room with a view, even we asked for bath robes and got only one.

Stayed at Arlo NoMad over the Christmas period. What a great hotel, the location was perfect for sightseeing. I was a bit concerned about the room when I saw it described as a microroom but when we got to our room on the 8th floor it was a good size and had everything we needed, including toiletries, hairdryer and safe. The bed was nice and comfortable and the room had the most amazing shower I've ever had. The view ...

Very average hotel on 31st
Manhatten.
Rooms are small with very little space to put anything or relax
Staff and vibe were good.
2024 and a room with no coffee facilities, something you would not find anywhere else worldwide.
40$ a night per room "city tax" is a ripp off. You get nothing for that of use.
Chips in hotel alone take up that allowance.
City bike access.....not recommended in December in NYC.

The stay in the Arlo noMad has a Great view and very comfortable rooms and the gentlemen Carlos was great in checking us in very friendly and welcoming the vibes at the restaurant and bar was amazing as well had a great time staying here love it....
