The Arlo is absolutely amazing! From the moment you check in to when you check out it is an amazing experience. The staff is excellent, the room was excellent, the location was excellent. 10s across the board! Gurkan was a delight! He was so nice and helpful....

Immediate shout out to Alex at the front desk for being fantastic. Incredibly helpful and a great person to great you when you arrive.
The first thing youll notice is the scent that runs through the lobby. Trust me, buy the candle.
Great stay. Room was small but youre there for the city, not to hang out in your room.
Convenient coffee shop in the lobby since the nearest Starbucks is a few blocks away. Breakfast ...

Just has a great 4 night stay in a King City Terrace Room. Amazing views of the city from our terrace, or lying in bed. Hotel is a great location, quiet street but a short walk to the busy Times Square area. The smell as you walk in the lobby, so lovely. Gurkan and other staff were so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again...

Everything was AMAZING! The Lobby was breathtaking it smelled amazing upon entry. The front desk was so welcoming! Gurkan the bellman was so sweet!! He took us on a mini tour and escorted us to our room! Very friendly. They have a beautiful restaurant, rooftop, and cafe to enjoy....

A great hotel staff are very friendly and rooms are cleaned daily the beds are also very comfy we had a lovely time we were greeted by Gurkan who was very helpful he carried in our cases and carried them back out when we left we will defo be returning in the future...
