The staff was very friendly and provided us with all sorts of useful information that made our stay in NYC a lot better! Shout out in particular to Alex, what a legend! We also liked the view from our room and when we entered the room for the first time we also got a small present for our honeymoon. Brilliant hotel, amazingly friendly staff especially Gurkan who was always helpful and always greeted us with a smile! Room was lovely and clean and the bed was amazingly comfy and the view of the city and skyline from the room was absolutely stunning!...

Our Stay at Hotel Arlo during Christmas

The hotel has a great location. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a great restaurant where you can get an excellent breakfast. It should also be mentioned that all the staff were extremely helpful. The last thing to add is the friendly and very proactive help from Gurkan. He helped us several times and gave us good advice....

Helping load/unload bags

Gurkan was extremely helpful with my family and helping us take down 6 huge suitcases and load them in an SUV. My dad has bad shoulders and isnt able to do it himself, and Gurkan was lovely enough to handle it for us. He was kind, efficient, and someone my family really appreciated. Thank you, Gurkan for helping us....

Perfect Midtown Stay

Arlo Midtown was amazing! The staff were very welcoming. Ken, in particular was very helpful in making my stay comfortable, he offered great nearby suggestions, and was very nice. His customer service is 10/10. Everything you need is there. The bar area is vibey & I loved the onsite coffee.The restaurant at the hotel is delicious . I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent....
