We were in town to see a show and explore other parts of the city. The location could not be better! A comfortable walking distance to the theater district if you are a walker. The subway is not far away. Central Park is blocks away. The room was spacious by NYC standards. The room was very clean and housekeeping came in to tidy up the room while we were out. Hotel is a little out dated and the early check in we paid for wasnt guaranteed which was a little annoying but over all great location and friendly staff. The location was very central to Time Square and Central Park. The breakfast was nice at applejacks diner but we werent aware breakfast wasnt on site....

I enjoyed staying at this smaller hotel. The lobby had lots of seating and a fireplace. There was also free coffee and tea. The room had an updated bathroom with a hand wand. The pressure in my room wasnt very good, but my daughters room down the hall had good pressure. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Sergiy. Overall a great experience! Bed was comfortable. Loved the room having blackout curtains. Staff super friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean. 3 elevators, so only waited brief times when going to/from room. Prime location in NYC. Waling distance to times square, radio city and bryant park. Hotel was very nice, with great amenities and the staff was very friendly. Keenan from guest services helped in all the nearby attractions. Will be coming back!...
