we were disappointed

we had the Junior Suite and it was very disappointing. there was no bulb in the light outlet over the bathroom sink. the coffee machine had a layer of filth over the water. the light next to one side of the bed did not work. i wish they would check their rooms before they give the keys to the customer. the good news was that the person at the desk, Dario, got us an extra blanket....

Just returned from a weeks break at the Stelle hotel. We had a great time in Naples, and the Stelle hotel as a base contributed to us having a fantastic time.
Firstly, the location was excellent for us right next door to the main train station, giving easily access to train services, metro services, and bus services, including 15-minute bus transfer to the airport for 5.

We chose the Srelle as it was close to the station and wrongly assumed there was a train from the airport into Naples. There isn't we got a bus instead dropping us off at Garabaldi wjlhich was handy as you walk through and can walk to the back of the hotel.
The hotel itself was fine easy to find first impressions friendly receptionist greeted us we were in room 105. Not huge but it was fine for four nights.

Preamble: My family of 5 (2 parents, 2 adult children and a teenager) stayed at this hotel in 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 triple, in late July 2024.
