Fantastic experience! 1st time to Naples and as my husband and I entered the hotel lobby, we were greeted with a lovely smile from Vittorio at the front desk. He went above and beyond checking us in, giving us all the info with what the hotel has to offer and even made reservations for us so we can have a delicious pizza upon our late arrival. Close to airport
Beautiful lobby and reception area
Restaurant on premises
Room was spacious and serene
Very clean and fresh
Super comfortable bedding and pillows
Modern bathroom
Shower & tub as well
Good storage
Quiet space in the middle of a very busy and bustling area
Good and ample breakfast available
Theres a dinner menu as well which we did not do

Great spot if you need to catch the train, otherwise the area is questionable.

Comfortable hotel, the rooms are large and location is great if youre travelling around.
Train station is literally a walk across the road which is great if youre planning on moving around. BUT the area is a bit grimy!! Such a shame to rubbish literally everywhere. Way too many hawkers in this area as well....

We have recently just spent 2 nights at the star hotels terminus Napol following a week long in Ischiai.
This is a really lovely hotel with a high standard of rooms and facilities and deserves its 4* rating.

We had a reasonable 3 night stay here. Blackout blinds and noise cancelling windows would have been much better in the rooms but other than that rooms were nice. Sky cinema access was an unexpected treat. Food was fine and service attentive. Unfortunately they didnt read details in the booking and feathers were in our duvet and pillows (Im allergic), we needed a double and a twin which hadnt been allocated so our...
