Came back to our room to find the red light on indicating there was someone in our room. When we entered, there was a keycard left in the panel which turned the lights on and off. We only had one key issued to us-so I knew it wasn't us. I spoke to a man at the reception desk who told me to bring the card down to the reception desk. Restaurant closed cause of problems guests not informed arrogant bartender rooms need serious upgrade most breakfast food in restaurant luke warm at best very ordinary in our opinion noisy street especially at roundabout just up rhe street vehicle horns blowing regulary heavy traffic on hotel road be very careful crossing road at crossing as some cars and bikes dont stop for you!...

Words fail me when I try to write down this hotel experience. It was in a dodgy part of town, my shower had the water pressure of a fire cannon and flew around the bathroom if it was turned on. There wasn't much around in walking distance if you valued your life, so a group outing was essential. The streets were absolutely covered in trash. I just wanted to commend the staff of the Ramada because even though we were not guests there, they helped us call a taxi because we did not know how to do it and Uber was unavailable. Thanks to the young man in training at the front desk for helping us out....

Really unhelpful front desk and dog excrement as you walk in is really not inviting. Nothing in the area - Naples is a disgusting place and there is a bus bay right outside so constant people loitering. Rude staff at hotel would never stay in a Ramada again....
