Highly rude and non cooperative staff. It is surprising that even basic facilities are not available like providing electric cattle (for making tea or coffee or for drinking hot water), electric iron etc. Even on request these things were not provided. Rather strange reply were given that come over to lobby area for ironing your clothes or take hot water of bathroom tap for drinking purpose.

The Hotel is very centrally located and with good options around for food. The rooms are small and the facilities below acceptable standards. Rates are high and very poor value for money. Service is abysmal. ...

Although some equipments didnt work, all staff is willing to help and nice. I forgot my phone in the room after checkout. They didnt steal it and keep the phone in the lobby so finally I can find it back....

The room was clean, Ana the housekeeper was very attentive. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful with tips about the city. The hotel itself is located in a good area, close to the port and many places of interest (Via Toledo, Castel Nuovo). Breakfast was good. I would definitely return to this hotel....
