Excellent service at this hotel. Staff ever so friendly and accommodating. Great location, shops transport and restaurants very close. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel very clean, breakfast was a little simple but still enjoyed....

Great place to stay, 15 mins by train into Montesanto Station, Naples Town and great options to use metro to visit other places of interest. Room was comfortable, just wish I'd booked a room with bath rather than shower. Clean and refreshed every day. Staff at reception were very helpful and you can buy train tickets from them which were cheap. If you don't mind traffic in the morning as an alarm or train noise it's ...

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, not exactly a 4* in our minds, no coffee/tea facility in room, limited breakfast, ok if you like pastrys, didnt get told about the prices for the drinks in the fridge in the room, or told about the tourist tax we had to pay when leaving, 63. Surrounding area had a lot of rubbish laid about, not clean, although train service to Naples and elsewhere was suburb! Also our taxi/Private...

We had a great 5 night stay at this hotel. I picked because of the review and was not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and very, very helpful. Everything was spotless, maybe a bit tired in places but that didnt matter.
The hotel arranged a fantastic excursion for us to Sorrento, Positano and Pompeii. Our driver was fabulous.

Amazing staff , helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms , clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great with a good variety of food including fruit, pastries, juice .
All the staff are informative and polite. Would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience to get to city ....
