Clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Evening cocktail hour very nice. Included appetizers with your drinks. Restaurante was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Dinner we had a tray of cheeses with this absolutely delish jam - Calabrian sweet Tropea onion jam. Oh boy sooo good. Our steak was superb. Salads were fresh and delicious. We didnt take any photos as we were too busy enjoying the food and drinks....

Last minute, one night stay. Great room and very friendly staff.

Stayed here due to flight being cancelled so can't really give a full well rounded review about an extensive stay. Our cab driver did say not to leave the hotel after dark due to area so that was a little worrying and stayed in my mind the whole time I stayed.
Hotel room was great, spotlessly clean. Great bathroom, lovely shower. Iron and ironing board provided which is rare these days!

Definitely not the attention and attitude that we're used to in Holiday Inns. Rude and it's them who are always right. Not the kind of area you'd want to go out to at night. Next time I'll travel further away from the airport to stay in a friendly hotel....

First day I asked staff to help with do not disturb button. They gave me the card to attach to the door knob. When we returned someone had been in our room and left a 3rd Key card in the light switch. I called the front desk to let them know that we did not want to be disturbed and left the do not disturb sign on the door but apparently that doesn't matter. Staff entered our room the 2nd day although we asked not to ...

Good hotel for Naples

Great location within 15 minutes of the airport. Lobby on street level and bar/restaurant on next level. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast is 15 and is a great buffet. Easy to get front desk to book cabs. Very small gym on-site. The area around is being developed and has some eateries and a modern small mall. Be aware though everything closed on a Sunday...
