Great Hotel, Great Location

My daugter and I spent the last three nights of our two weeks, southern Italy trip there. It is a beautiful hotel, the room was nicely appointed, and it was within walking distance of many sites. It was a welcome respite after the prior two weeks....

We brought a group here for a two night stay and from the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed and looked after.
Rooms are comfortable and good size. The restaurant has a fabulous view.
We were so well looked after by Massimo, Jessica, Antonio and Fulvio, thank you to them for their professionalism and care ...

We stayed 4 nights. Hotel location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere and right off the main shopping street and eateries. Staff were lovely. The reception area is quite small and doesn't look 'grand' but there are some more sitting areas in the back. The room was spacious but quite old and tired looking. Our room was good but the service in the rooftop bar and restaurant was superb! Chief Waiter Fulvios service and attention to detail was outstanding. The food we enjoyed by Chef Salvatorio was delicious after long days seeing the sites. Also, Waiter Fortunas service was exceeded only by her warm smile and hospitality.

Hotel had a fantastic location for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a treat in the morning with good selection and wonderful views of the city from roof top terrace. The room was comfortable . My only slight negative was the lack of tv English channels. Very limited. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel...
