Super find in great location

I stayed here with my daughter a week. We had a great time! Location is amazing and great as base to explore the area. Hotel is super clean, girls at the front desk are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is served in the room only, very punctual. It is very quiet and we always had a good night sleep. I would definitely stay here again....

Hotel is in a wonderful location, so close to everything! The staff are just amazing & always made you feel welcome.
The room is just a perfect size and the bathroom has an amazing shower.. breakfast is available in the hotel but did not order any as I'm not a breakfast kinda girl but helpful tip to others....

Small hotel tucked away on a back street but close to everything you need. Port a few minutes walk away, metro 5 mins walk away, shopping area just around the corner.
Rooms were small but absolutely fine, cleaned every day.
No tea/coffee making facilities but mentioned to staff I miss making a coffee when I wake up the next day there was a kettle & coffee etc in my room.

I was in town for work, my better half to be a tourist. Close to the port, lots of restaurants, train station 2 blocks away. The rooms were clean, big enough for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The AC was great for the time of year we were there. There was a breakfast area, they would make your favorite type of coffee. My schedule didn't allow me to eat all the pastries. Our Italian was sub par but that did...

The Service at this hotel is simply terrible!!! I honestly don't understand how they got such good ratings. I called several times to request to speak with the manager to submit a complain and the lady I was speaking with kept on hanging up on me every time I would ask when he would be available to speak with me.
