Great location. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms ok but should provide free bottles of water and tea/coffee facility.
Where it went wrong. No iron in room so had to get key to unlock ironing room and run up/down stairs with clothing. One lift was out of service. These points not ideal.

We booked into the majestic after a terrible experience with the hotel we had originally booked nearby. We walked into the hotel to inquire if they had two twin rooms available. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and advised to book on-line for a better rate. We were upgraded and our rooms were immediately available.

There was only three positive things at this hotel: location, breakfast room personnel and breakfast. Otherwise the personnel did not have good service attitude and English language skills were limited. Only Italian TV channels were available and room facilities were minimal. Nice hotel though very little English spoken, room was nice and very clean.There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and absolutely no English speaking television channels. There are some nice restaurants nearby ( turn right out of hotel entrance). We were on the third floor (305) and our view was of office block windows, not great!!! Breakfast at best was okay, In all this hotel lacked any atmosphere...

Dirty room, toilet didn't work, very noisy and a breakfast buffet which isn't refilled.

The staff did nothing to make our stay more comfortable. When we arrived, the toilet didn't flush and it's very noisy towards the street and bad isolated sound-wise. The cleaners clearly touched everything in the room as even pills on the table next to the bed was put in bags. Do not touch our personal stuff when it's not necessary - it's never necessary on the table next to the bed.
