Disappointing in some ways and very endearing in other ways: my first encounter was with a gentleman at reception, whose name unfortunately I don't know, who seemed agitated and not very friendly. Lovely hotel with a good location. The staff was really really helpful as we were vegetarians and were not sure of how the breakfast would be. Carlo, Mariano & Federica went out of the way to make separate food for us and also bought packeted food from outside to give us more options. Recommended....

Excellent hotel, very good location, very friendly staff, clean room, albeit small one, and very good breakfast. I would like to see more power outlets and more English TV channels but those are small inconveniences. I can highly recommend this hotel, will stay again when come to Naples...

A very comfortable hotel right in the middle of the old town. So it was easy to get everywhere on foot. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff are very friendly. Certainly recommend it...

Napoli is a gritty city. Decumani Hotel de Charme is a lovely and peaceful hotel in the midst of the excitement. Well situated for walking tours of the central city.
The reception staff were very helpful and responsive. They were also great with recommending local eateries and they set up a taxi for our departure to the airport.
