We were given this hotel for the night as our flight was cancelled and it could have been way worse. Lovely hotel with slight the shining vibes from the corridors! Decor is a little dated and corridor carpet didnt look great. Helpful staff. The hot food at breakfast didnt look great but a good continental European selection of bits. The sun terrace on 5th floor was good to relax....

Terrible experience, terrible hospitality.
We stayed 2 days, I've never seen anything like this in my life! the room is dusty, Insects are constantly coming in from outside, a few staff are rude,specially breakfast was very cold i was shocked, eggs look like they've been taken out of the freezer we couldnt eat with my husband, cheese is not like cheese. There are too many sweets, the only thing we could eat was eggs...

We booked this hotel to attend a wedding. We stayed five night. The actual hotel is
in a reasonably good condition. The staff generally were very friendly. One member really stood out, Vitoria. He was so friendly and always pleasant.
The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced, and for a four star hotel not acceptable by any standards. They did not have a toaster, the scrambled eggs and sausages stone cold. T...

Nice hotel with bohemian retro interior in the district of Capodimonte and actually it is far from downtown and also from public transport, but luckily there were shuttle buses that fetch you to a bus stop.. We were on an organized travel with a group there. The rooms are regularly cleaned everyday, the bed sheets are tied, towels are changed, shower materials and water bottles in the fridge were also delivered dail...

Because of disloyalty towards the guest, I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel (Culture Hotel Villa Capodimonte) from 17 to 18/10/22. They asked us to leave the car key so that they could move our car to their very small car park if necessary. During the night, the car was indeed moved. On 18.10. we got our keys back and found damage that was not present when we arrived at the accommodation. The key was with the hotel staff throughout our stay.
