Arrived at 12pm and there was no one at reception, i understand check in isnt until 2:30pm - but we thought we could swing over and leave our luggage in their safe area whilst we wonder round and explore the area. Stayed here between the 7th -10th june 2024, advertises as bed & breakfast, no breakfast to be seen, advertises with a photo of a kettle in your room, no kettle in room, not a great location but most of all i suffered a terrible fall in the room and had blood gushing out of my head and was given no assistance by any member of staff, yes there was a cleaner there who could not speak english but only handed my wife som...

Our room was nicely spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, there was a good sized wardrobe and a decent desk. The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean.
The bathroom had a good shower, and was roomy plus, again, very well decorated. Also came with a hairdryer on the wall which I was very happy with.
We didn't actually meet the owner but they were very helpful on WhatsApp.

Arrived at the hotel getting exactly as was described. If you can get past the area you will not be disappointed. Its very modern, clean and welcoming. The staff were really helpful. We arrived early but they found us a place to change and we could leave our luggage so we could go off and make the best of the rest of the day. My husband and I needed somewhere in Naples to stay ready for our flight early the next morning. We had previously booked elsewhere but after reading their reviews we chose to find somewhere else.
