Convenient location, kind staff, decent breakfast buffet, large rooms, good amenities, decent pool, and extremely family friendly. All these made our 4 nights stay very convenient. Access to malls right across the road gave us options for some quick shopping or eats....

A very functional unfussy hotel were amazing staff and incredible hospitality typical of Oman. Its near restaurants and a shopping mall all within walking distance. They have a nice gym which is handy. Free Omani coffee and dates. Free parking...

Very clean, very comfortable, decent location to access various parts of the city. Breakfast had something for everyone and my kids enjoyed a dip in the small but clean and tidy pool. Spa facilities were nice and the lady who did my massage was great. We enjoyed our stay and would go back!...

A great gem in the middle of the city

I am usually travelling solo and I choose to stay in hotels which gives me a good feel. I can say that Ramada Encore Muscat is a great hotel to stay, great location, secure and have a great burger at Olive restaurant and amazing coffee at Stir.

Overall, it was a good experience
Everything is perfect
The location is superb, you can find cab easily. Food is superb. Breakfast is marvelous.Staff is very cooperative friendly and ready to serve you
Avenue mall, Mall of Oman and Grand Millennium are closed to hotel...
