We stayed here for a couple of nights as we got a good price. The hotel is in a great location, the tram is literally 100m away but you can also walk to the cathedral etc in 15 minutes.
The rooms were nice but slightly dated. I didn't find the bed comfortable but I slept fine in it. The bathroom was a bit weird though - the toilet was literally beneath the sink which was a bit awkward. Also, the air con was too col...

Nice hotel with very pleasant staff.
Great location for city centre activities and attractions.
Hotel room very nice with a very comfortable bed and a present outside space to take in the views.
Breakfast adequate but not amazing.
Car park not easy to navigate around....

The reception staff (Ruben/Prescilla) have been outstanding helping my sister-in-law while staying at Hotel El Churra. She lost all her documentation and mobile phone while in Spain, I have been liasing over the phone and via email with the hotel reception staff to organise assistance for her. This is a older traditional hotel and not the most modern of decor but is excellent value for a city break on a budget. There are more modern options but they obviously cost more. There is a coffee bar and restaurant on site...

Nice hotel

We stayed here for two nights on a Murcia trip when my partner was having her eye op. It's a lovely hotel, very accommodating and handy for the city centre. We had numerous drinks and snacks in the cafeteria and we enjoyed it very much. All the staff, from reception, bar and breakfast staff to garage attendant were fantastic and very helpful. Look forward to our next visit.... Next week...
