Our stay at Ruby Rosi in Munich was a delight from start to finish. We had chosen this hotel based on a recommendation from our in-laws who were traveling with us for Oktoberfest. The location is so convenient to the train station and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to. We stayed here for a couple of nights during Oktoberfest. After a long overnight flight, we arrived at the hotel around 10 am expecting to leave our luggage and check in later. We were extremely happy to find all three rooms were available. Our room was rather expensive as it was Oktoberfest but we knew that we were paying premium rates when we booked and the price was comparable to similar hotels nearby. From th...

Its a fun and hip hotel. Decors were very interesting, with mismatched furnitures, lots of surprise elements. However, lightings were very much on the dark side for my comfort. I guess its a great hotel for the young. It had this messy hippie feel.
Room was quite spacious but design was more about aesthetic than practical for my liking.

Zero hospitality, zero competence, zero empathy, unacceptable check in.
We arrived at 2pm, manager told that she unable to make check in as rooms will be ready at 3pm. We told that we are going to concert and will have check in around 11pm. Answer was fine.

Really beautiful hotel if youre into boutique type funky hotels. I play guitar and they have guitars available to play for free in the hotel which is awesome.
One of the key things for me I value the most at any hotel is a quality sleep, sadly due to the failure of the AC this was not possible. Room temp was at 27 Degs C all night. I advised reception and they said they would attempt to fix it, but offered no apo...
