We came after a 10 hour trip just stay over night with a 8 months old baby and 6 year old daughter. After check we went to our rooms - 2 separate rooms. Mother was with the baby. We saw that the room didnt have a watter boiler - heater. I went to the receptions and asked nicely if they can give a waterboiler to prepare milk for the baby. Location is inconvenient to airport and city center if you dont have a car. Room is basic but clean with mini fridge. The thermostat didnt seem to work and it was cold all night. Theres a bar and restaurant on site, and even though theyre supposed to be open until 22:00, no one was to be found for service around 19:30-20:00. While the staff very nice and collaborative, and the position of the hotel was perfectly convenient, I cannot say we loved the place. The bathtub had parts where the varnish had come off, the water pressure was really low at any time of the day and there were a few hair when we came to the room. The so called "spa and fitness area" is a sad basement area which was really unattractive. Overall, not terrible but not gr...

Non working airco

We booked two rooms with airco but in both the rooms the airco did not work. The maintenance man told us this was a known problem. They promised two new rooms, with keys waiting for us when we would return to the hotel in the evening. But to our surprise no room keys waiting and still not a working airco. Loved this hotel buses pass outside with amazing frequency so felt connected
Its sparkling clean comfortable and welcoming facilities spot on with wine glasses in room (glass) fridge and large tv definitely a place to stay if you wish to visit Munich...
