Excellent location close to the Train central station, new hotel with nice rooms, very clean and spacious, crowdyon times.
Breakfast has lot of variety, good quality and fresh options.
Only issue is hotel is a hot spot where a lot of people converged, including drinkers and beggars, police is on the street every night picking problematic issues....

The hotel was very nice, staff was friendly but the neighbourhood was shady. It's near the central train station so there are a lot of drunk/drugged/homeless people within 20 meter radius from the lobby, about 30 policemen had 50 people lined up against a wall in a side street next to the hotel, it didn't make my wife feel secure. The room was nice, but the cleanliness was 6/10. The bathtub and sink were very dirty. ...

Central and spotlessly clean. Some electrical issues on first night with a light not turning off in room but got offered another room on 11th floor. This was actually more preferable as I could hear rumble of tram & underground on the 1st floor (I'm a very light sleeper). Staff very pleasant. Breakfast is superb. The hotel is sooo clean. The main reason for choosing NH München Bavaria was its proximity to the train station (Hbf) and the wide variety of city transit choices available. We did not opt for the breakfast but the on-site restaurant was very good for dinner.
