Visited the hotel between Oktoberfest and Christmas Markets. Hotel is very close to the main station in Munich. It is also located in a good position for walking to the various locations we wanted to see.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The pool is on the 7th floor and does offer a rooftop view of Munich.
The fitness centre had one machine not working properly (no power), but not really an issu...

We arrived before the check in time, the reception staff were happy to look after our suitcases so we could go off and explore Munich. We returned some hours later and checked in and went to our room. The hotel is located really close to the main train station in Munich, so the location was excellent for all major trains, S and U trains. The simplest 4* hotel I've ever stayed in. For example, you have to ask for a soap bar at the reception desk. No kettle in the room. One towel available. The hall smells of moist.
The room was, however, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good! Ok for a short business stay....

Nice Hotel with a 80s look, design and interior. Nice welcome, good room, and smiling friendly staff. + Great bathroom and strategic location. - The location... The streets surrounding the Hotel is full of homeless, addicts and beggers. And the beds! Room 260 needs new beds!...
