It is in general a good hotel but not during the Oktoberfest time. Too many people they couldn't handle

This is supposed to be a business hotel. I stayed the third time but it was a bit of a disaster this time. Not sure if they had too many guests because of the Oktoberfest or what is going on. But for that price, I am expecting more. First my wifi stopped working every evening at around 9:30 PM and was a disaster. I need to work and need to trust that this works. One of the worst 'bang for buck' experiences i've ever had in a hotel.
- roomcleaning was subpar, glasses still dirty, towels dirty, toilet dirty - upon leaving the dirty towels on the floor they did not get replaced, they just hung the dirty towels back up.
- eventough we're on the 4th floor the lounge music is so loud sleeping is not possible even with everything closed.

Bad reception of all staff. I am almost certain that people that work there do not like the job (specially reception desk and bar).
Beautiful place but wrong people working there. Use car, the hotel is far from city center. The Structures is modern and functional. Good food snd drinks!...

Excellent place, exceptionally clean, helpful front desk. Well placed for getting into town (25m). Luxurious feel to rooms, lots of space. The Olympic shopping centre 10m walk away has every facility, including food hall and everyday shopping....

Last time we stayed here was in 2016, and because we had a great experience we booked 2 rooms again here for 2 adults and 2 kids. (16 and 10). This time I found this 4 stars (!) hotel in a worse shape. The new furniture in the lobby is tacky. We were on the floor one and the smell on the hallways was bad.
