On the positive side, the location is extremely convenient, practically right across from the main train station. As for the rest, I only have negative things to report. The room was tiny, the smallest hotel room Ive ever seen in all of Europe. Luckily, I had a small bag, otherwise there was nowhere to put a larger suitcase. But thats the least of the problems. Ok, 1st the good. Great location across form the train station, and very near Oktoberfest and Old Town Munich. Good breakfast, free bottled water, super friendly staff (we particularly liked Luisa at the front desk during evenings), and perfectly adequate and clean room.

We booked 4 rooms at this so-called 4-star hotel, paid in full and had a confirmed late check-out for 3:00 PM. However, the hotel management rudely asked us to leave before that time and demanded an extra 40 because we didnt check out by 12:00 PM. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Spent 4 nights at the hotel. Although not huge the rooms were perfectly adequate. Comfortable beds, very good shower, asked for a kettle and it was immediately provided. Air con and fridge fairly ineffective. Neither were very cool. Daily bottle of water appreciated.
Enjoyed the breakfasts. Choice of continental and cooked.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Arrival was late around 1am, small glitch with authorising my card prior to arrival meaning funds were "held", plus had to pay the 2 nights cost at same time, but funds were released in the morning so all good.
