Nice clean modern hotel. Walking distance from centre. Helpful friendly staff,simple clean rooms.
Negative bits...check in and room key all done with mobile so make sure your battery is charged or you're locked out of your room!
Breakfast an extra 23 euros per day,which is pricey and a shame as no reduction for guests,so we went elsewhere every morning....

Lovely stay during Oktoberfest

Great location and the rooms are great and well designed. Right in the middle between the historical sites and Oktoberfest. Restaurants and shopping is also nearby in Marienplatz. As its in the city police sirens is a norm at night hence it can get a bit noisy but with the windows closed it was ok. Special shout out to Lucas who is attentive, super friendly and helpful....

The hotel is centrally located. The apartment we got was perfect. Its planning was very good as the hotel thought of everything. The bathroom and showers were excellent. The beds were excellent and we slept very well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions.
I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Munich....

The Koos Hotel is very well located, close to several restaurants and attractions. The room is modern and very clean and the staff is very hospitable and helpful! The hotel is incredible! I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!...
