Pleasant and clean. Missed a little fridge in the room, but it was a perfect base. Great location for walking in to the city centre. Air con wasnt really powerful, but it wasnt a deal breaker. Great lobby bar and happy they served Monkey 47!!...

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Walking distance to many places to eat, shopping and attached to a mall with a few casual eating spots, a couple grocery stores, a DM and train station is also right there. Took S8 train straight to airport, which was easy, convenient and way cheaper than a cab. Marienplatz is also very close by, and super cool area to visit. The not so great things, front desk s...

On the check-in day, when we entered our room, there was a left-over opened water bottle on the mini bar and the fridge door was being opened. We feedback to the reception and requested to change room, but they said they couldnt change room and did not apologize for the incident.
The next day, the housekeeping did not replenish the drinking water in the mini bar and asked us to get it from the reception. So we went...

I'd say it's a decent 3 star hotel. Don't expect anything fancy. There did not even have hand lotion in the room. No fridge. Plastic cups for water. Hard mattresses. But it does the job with a great shower. Slightly outside the city. Very hard when it's a business trip....

Poor customer service!

The hotel is very nice, great location, and has a great breakfast, however the staff is rude. My room had toilet issues that I realized the moment I walked in the room. It should have been caught by housekeeping prior to my arrival. The desk staff was not accommodating and rude about the issue. I checked in on the evening of September 24th, the desk staff could use some work on their customer service skills....
