I had a comfortable stay whilst on business. The room (326) was on a corner and had loads of light. Comfortable bedding and well laid out room. The reception and bar staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was mainly vold options but there was enough choice to suit most appetites. Great location next to the train station, which takes you to the city or airport. ...

The customer service is excellent! The employees, at this location, are the very best! My stays, at this location, have always been enjoyable and easy. I stay for extended periods and the staff make me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for the kind employees and superb service! ...

We booked 2 rooms. We Arrived in the afternoon. Our rooms were not ready. The Lady on reception could not speak very good English, this may have been a barrier although she did not appear to be very helpful. We Left luggage in reception area, not in a locked room.
We returned later to a lovely young man who checked us into our rooms & without asking got them next door to each other.

Our fold down bed was broken, we called maintenance who confirmed it was broken as springs not connected to frame. We changed rooms to find the second room fold bed was also broken (452).
The bed linen was not clean when we arrived with blood stains on fold bed sheet. Our room was not cleaned on second day.
