It is well located, about 10 minutes or so on foot to the S1 train station platform to Munich Airport
There is paid laundry and dryer via an app, Citidines does not handle the payment
A supermarkt within walking distance on the diagonal opposite; just behind the hostel at the cross junction
Smooth check-in and out, reception staff is helpful
Very tricky bifolding glass doors for the bath stall. If they were not...

High prices. Tooms feel cheap.
Location is great but the rest is average.
The rooms are modern but cheap materials are used.
Ther are cracks in the walls and overall feeling is cheap hotel.
I would give it a 3 star max.
Parkinf is available with cost.
Breakfast is ok...

From the moment of check in, during the stay and on check out everyone was friendly and cared. Fantastic setup of room with kitchenette and stocked up with cutlery and crockery
The bed was super comfy, bathroom wa Im spotlessly clean and had required amenities
Breakfast staff were friendly all throughout. Breakfast with various hot and cold buffet with juices, freshly made pancakes.

Just before we arrived at hotel, I got an email asking if I was interested in a PAID upgrade. Since we were literally an hour away, I figured I'd ask about it at the front desk. (NOTE: By paid, I mean for an extra $x per day we could get a larger room.)

On the plus side, the apartments are 1km from the central station and very close to other stations and trams. The building is new with modern materials.
On the other hand, the place is run so half-heartedly, it is revolting. The worst part was the rotten banana in the dishwasher, which we asked to have cleaned four times over the four day stay at no avail. Together with the blood stained mattresss it is abbsolutely ...
