we spent 4 nights in December which i must say usually is a delight when we stay at any of the westin properties ...Well things have changed drastically !
From arrival at the hotel where we asked the valet to handle the bags which he did not want to do , and then to add insult to injury moved the Vehicle onto the street only to make it more difficult to retrieve the bags in the snow after trying to check in. Is this ...

Nice hotel with a poor coffee situation

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are large but cozy, very quiet, with big windows and nice views (note that the windows dont open). The beds and pillows are very comfortable, nice big bathrooms with a walk in shower. The service is friendly and polite.

Conference trip with family

Stayed for 5 nights in a one bedroom suite. We were a family of 4 staying for a conference at the convention centre across the street. The location is convenient for proximity to the convention centre and for walking to Old Montreal.
The suite states it can accommodate 6 people, but I cannot imagine staying in the space with 6 adults. The bathroom was very cramped for 2 adults and 2 children where the children dont...

We stayed at this hotel last year and had such a great experience. We were so happy to have found this hotel because every year at this time we travel to Tremblant for a ski trip and have a big Thule rack on our suv which prevents us from parking in underground lots. This hotel had accommodated us in the valet section and everyone was so lovely. We thought we found our regular hotel. But this year we had such a diffe...

Old Montréal is walkable, safe and center of major sites to visit. Le Westin is just a block from Notre-Dame Basilica a must see in Montréal. Many restaurants nearby with amazing choices . I would stay at Le Westin when returning to Montreal....
