The hotel is very central, large and has valet parking. At times valet parking and the availibility of staff was lacking. Seems very much a hotel for conference attendees. Pros: good view of the city, good size room, quiet, clean. AC/ heat very quiet. Cons: Memory foam mattress was not comfortable, although bedding was luxurious. The elevators were at times not functioning for 10 mins or more. It's averagely good but...

The Westin is in a great location, within close walking distance to Old Montreal and not too far from St Catherine Street. The hotel is clean, has good room service and valet service, and a pool area with a hot tub and cold tub. Theres a restaurant in the hotel too. Great stay, no complaints....

Not the best experience!!! Got there kinda late and tired. Asked whether there was a bath tub in the room, answer was no straight away even without checking! Wanted to go to the supermarket and asked them and they said it was open until 11pm. Walked there and closed! Came back enquired whether the hotel sells fruit and front desk and bar reception not that helpful to find out! Rang for a kettle water 50 mins before...

I stayed at Le Westin recently and wanted to compliment this hotel for a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideally located, just minutes from Rue St Paul and the many shops and restaurants found there. Check- in was simple and quick. The room was spacious and clean and I wish we could have stayed longer!
Valet was polite and quick bringing our luggage to our room.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over Labor Day weekend. This hotel is located ustt at the edge of the Old City which was ideal for us. The hotel is nice with a drive way set off from the street. The bell hop that assisted us was helpful and friendly. Check-in was pretty seamless which was good. We requested a room on a high floor but got one on the 8th which was not that high.
