Great location, friendly staff, clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and ready to be of help. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Old Port Montreal. It's close to everything, easy to get to and walking distance to many restaurants and shops...

Beautiful hotel. Stayed with Accessibility in Mind

If you are looking for a handicapped accessible hotel, this is the one! Ramps throughout, no-step entrance, and wide rooms that allow easy access with a wheelchair. They even provided a shower stool for us to use. Do note that the shower is not a roll-in shower.

The hotel suites are incredibly quiet. We've stayed here four times and have never had neighboring guests or city noises disturb our rest. The staff are friendly and attentive. And we love the valet parking. We also love the location -- right behind Notre Dame....

Stayed at this hotel prior to taking a cruise that left from the Port of Montreal. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring Old Town Montreal; you're basically IN IT! Great place for a conference

Located in a great part of Old Montreal and the building is modern with a historical tone. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are friendly without being pretentious which allowed a very low-key individual as myself to feel welcomed and supported.
I am considering it for a couples getaway for sure....
