Nice hotel. The old style is charming and the place is well maintained so I enjoyed it. Has more class than your typical Intercontinental. Wonderful well run hotel. Always enjoy staying here. Rooms are lovely, spacious and spotless. Sheets and towels are exceptional. All of the staff in this hotel are fantastic - super friendly and helpful. Great location - right in the middle between old city and downtown. Plus, great value. Wouldnt stay anywhere else!!...

Dont Bother - Go Somewhere Else

My wife and I had booked a club room for four nights.
When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the club dining facility would not be available for the duration of our stay. Our bedroom was dark, dingy and in urgent need of renovation. A lick of paint on the skirting boards and cobweb removal would help the situation immensely.
There are far better hotels in Montreal to stay in believe me....

We did not have a good experience staying at this hotel. My mom and I stayed here for the thanksgiving long weekend. We arrived Friday in the evening after a long drive and the first room they checked us in was NOT cleaned at all. I thought we entered someone elses room. The bed was not made, garbage can was not emptied, towels on the table. Never have I EVER stayed at a hotel before where this has happened. It was ...

From the moment we arrived and I asked a question of the Concierge, we felt welcomed and responded to in a polite helpful professional way regarding how to park in the Hotel Garage. Once we parked and went to the front desk we again had a great feeling from the front desk reception.
