What a lovely visit

We arrived late at night after travelling 20 hours. The hotel security guard was most helpful and directed us to the reception, which is on the 2nd floor.
The reception staff are the best, nothing is too much trouble, and they go out of their way to help guests get the most out of their visit to Montreal.
Thanks to them we saw the sights, had the best poutine and bagels and really enjoyed our visit

Nice hotel, convenient location

Stayed here with my sister for a leisure trip to Montreal. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The room we got was surprisingly big.
The location is great, it is next to Chinatown (lots of nice food) and Old Montreal. The subway is right across the street.
We arrived an hour or so before check in time and they let us check in to the room early. The staff were polite and helpful.

Was very unhappy with my stay here.The Bed was not comfortable for starters and I woke up feeling uncomfortable.The air conditioning unit made an extremely low noise and went on and off .I just wanted a decent room temp and it was humid outside and making the room slightly cooler involved some large machine noise going on and off .

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. We found the location excellent. It was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The hotel is super clean. Both inside and all around the hotel. It is a safe area. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are very comfy and they have different types of pillows on the beds. You could not hear anything from the other rooms or the hallways. Nice hotel. I enjoyed the service I experienced which is key for me and my family. The location is also very good considering you can see most of the downtown via the metro and we liked the proximity to Chinatown. A little pricey but it was a busy weekend....
