This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are minimal restaurants and very little to do. The hotel itself is lovely. Clean and hospitable. The front desk staff is excellent. Brandon is fabulous. Unfortunately, the restaurant is ridiculous. Very expensive and minimal offerings.; on,y Italian. The Starbucks across the street is the only option for breakfast. Downtown is a good 30 minutes away....

The room was large, clean and well equipped. I was on rhe 4th floor and the room was very quiet. The bed was very comfy.
The bar closed at 10pm which was very early and there is no where close to get a drink.
Food in bar was not great, breakfast was average.
Coffee in room was terrible with only creamer. ...

One small detail makes a big difference

I was sent to this hotel after a flight cancellation. The experience was so-so.
The hotel itself is a typical chain outfit with good installations and comfortable.
The checkin experience was good with quite a few people from the flight and 4 people taking care of us.
The room was not very ample but enough for an overnight stay. The only complaint are the pillows. Too flimsy for a good rest.

This is one of the most beautiful 'Hilton Garden Inn" that I have seen it. The lobby is impressive and the room was good, however very noisy.
If was not so late and we weren't so tired I would have asked to change rooms. The highway noise is very loud and this should be addressed. The staff was very friendly check in and check out was fast, Parking ( self service) for 24 hours is $17 CA and is not bad comparing to o...

This is subpar and expensive for a Hilton. The location is difficult to access. The lobby has no character. It is understaffed (Saturday afternoon check-in, only one employee on site). The room was nice enough but expensive for its size and the quality of the furnishings. We had a room on the top floor and the noise from the highway below kept waking us up (I have been to numerous hotels at airports and near highway...
