I received an email before our stay advising that I was upgraded to the Gold Lounge and for me to check in on the 21st floor. I did that but when I arrived to the 21st floor I was made to feel like garbage by the guy working the desk. He told me and my colleague that we do not belong there and that we need to check in downstairs. We explained and showed him our emails and he agreed to check us in but he explained we ...

We had a lovely stay with no issues. No signs of a strike (10/18/24) so recent reviews need not scare you off. Views are great staff is helpful. Especially the girl at the pool. She was accommodating for me and my daughter, I tried to thank her but couldnt find her to see her name tag to shout out on here.

Strikes suck

We checked in the second October 2024. The strike was still on. The room was very nice, but when after a long day of traveling, the hotel restaurants were closed!
Across the bridge in the terminal we were able to find a pizza restaurant and got
a bite.
I returned to room and drank some alcohol from the room refrigerator. No problem, except when received the bill! Come on, $25.00 + for 2 oz of booze. Give me a break...

This Hotel was exceptionally good,the room on the 12th floor was amazing and big plus he bathroom was lovely,the view was amazing in the evening as well as the day, the bed was comfortable,l have nothing bad to say about this hotel,lovely hotel to stay....
