I had the absolute worst experience at any hotel. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I booked my room at the Hilton Doubleteree Montreal about one month before arrival on January 18. The hotel advertises valet parking and an Executive lounge. I arrived after a 6 hour drive at about 3:30 PM. I was told valet was full and to go look for parking on P1/P2 in Desjardins. Was on vacation with my kids. The pool was a bit cild. However the overall stay was perfect. The agent who did our check-in did contribuate to a good start of our little trip to montreal. Thumbs up to him. The goodie bag was definitely a plus...

From check-in to our room, our experience was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed Bivouac. The scallop appetizer, beet salad, and lamb shank were exceptional. A special shout-out to Jin, who, despite being busy at the bar, provided outstanding service with a friendly and accommodating attitude...

The location was greatwalking distance to many things. The hotel itself was not what I expected though. We arrived early so our room wasnt ready which is fine, but when asked if they could call me, they said they couldnt. Instead they suggested I call in a couple hours, however when I called later on several times, no one answered the phones. The front desk reception was not very friendly or accommodating either. ...
