We had a really lovely stay in this large comfortable room with it's own kitchen area. Air conditioning was very good which was important as it was very hot outside. Comfortable beds. Breakfast offered good selection of food freshly prepared. All staff welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel, near station in Montpellier....

Broken airconditioning and sleepless nights. Ive been here nearly a week studying French. When the weather was cool my room was fine. I didnt mind the towels not getting replaced because theres a washing machine in the basement. But when it got warmer (mid 20s celcius) my room became like an oven. Good location, functional and good breakfast. But corridors dirty, rooms not serviced / towels not replaced, only one pillow, urgently needs a refurbishment as very tired, some things broken (bed lights) and could be cleaner. Overall disappointing and not close to a 4 star property....

For example, the location is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the folks at the reception are friendly and very helpful. But I can't give the hotel a high rating because of one very important thing: Their front door is heavy and often stuck, making it difficult for most women to open it...
