Exceptional service! A special thanks to the front desk team and Simone for their warm and welcoming hospitality. I went to Nhow Milano for a night with my significant other for our anniversary. It was probably the best experience weve had in a long time. The staff were more than friendly, extremely nice, funny and helpful. We were treated extremely well, and even got a room upgrade.
