I felt as though we had been mislead by the location of the hotel and its facilities.
When booking we had stated we wanted a City Centre hotel, however we found that the location of the hotel was at least a 45 minute tram ride away from the Centre in what was actually quite a rough area. Navigation of public transport isn't user friendly so you were constantly terrified that you were going to end up with a massive f...

It was ok. Room was nice and had what we needed for a small getaway. I originally booked this hotel because of it having a pool. Now upon booking there was no notice that there were works being carried out on the pool otherwise I would have booked something closer to town. Upon arrival we asked for the opening times of the pool to only be told it was being refurbished and that was basically it. No compensation no ack...

We were offered a room on the 1st floor (100) which had a foul smell in the bathroom from the sewers. We raised our concern with the reception staff and they sent a member of their maintenance team up. His resolution was to spray some air freshener into the bathroom. The reception staff them visited our room and he agreed the room did smell so they moved us to room 102 (same floor) The room initially smelt OK but we...

Chosen for work not far from our Milan office. Location other than that is dreadful, quite rough. Interior of the room was nice, minibar but no wine, hospitality tray but no milk. Coffee at breakfast truly dreadful and no fresh fruit. Staff were pleasant but would really not recommend this hotel....

Was a nice hotel. Very good room. Food and service was also good. would definitely recommend to anyone ! Really enjoyed the quality of the food and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. ok, it was a bit far from the city centre, but that was not an issue for us....
