I stayed at this hotel due to last minute booking. I was attending pharma event at Milan and the Hotel refused early check in even i offered extra money which i would pay to freshen up. Had just 1 day in Milan and since it was business trip i expected some kind of welcome from this hotel.. Staff was highly unwelcoming and Rude. Last minute booking as the previous hotel down the road was too disgusting to stay another night (sempione) see my review on that dump .
This hotel is fresh looks newly done ,very clean ,peaceful and literally 2mins walk from the train station .
Good size room comfy bed clean bathroom ,great choice of breakfast.
Also very welcoming and helpful staff , after another train cancellation to rome they suggested a flight...

When we got there the room wasn't ready because it was earlier they give us another room that was available first thing it was hot inside we open the window had no screen so all flyers came in,we called to put ac on they came 2 man trying to fixed it but they didn't they said should work or call us back again, we didn't bother anymore they should just give us another room, breakfast was okay. Arrived later than expected after flight delays etc, check in was quick easy and beds comfy.
Initially given a double room but switched to a twin straight away on phoning back to reception, even at 2.30 am!
Breakfast was good enough to keep us going for few hours sightseeing.
Easy 15 min walk to metro, only couple of stops to Duomo. Bus stop was 5 min walk that went past metro or straight to central areas, traffi...
