Good hotel, rooms in perfect conditions, but restaurant service fit dinner is very poor. The servers are not organized, and the service is bad and poor, I waited for the starter 40 minutes, I did not like so I asked some french fries to the second dish, after more than 30 minutes they gave me the dish without any french fries, but at the meantime they were serving the fries to other clients on restaurant so I starte...

Great Hotel for an IHG rewards night stay.

Great hotel for a family stay. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel has a great swimming pool, steam room and dry sauna. Changing rooms and lockers are available along with Towels provided in the swimming area for use on the poolside loungers. No need to take down your room towels.
Had a stocked mini-bar in the room which was reasonably priced.
Bottled quality water in the room.

Very bad experience , not recommended at all especially if you are going for exhibition. Not connected to metro easily and any trip you will take is 30-50 mins. Shorter in taxi but more expensive. No options around you for restaurants and the one at hotel has limited options....

This is a very modern hotel and not really my sort of thing. But gave it 4 out 5 as that is personal preference. They love the use of plastics and bright green! Indeed the shower cabinet is a walk in affair but very very plastic.
The hotel is a good 20 mins from centre of Milan. Taxi costs around 23. I feel if you are visiting to see the city - bite the bullet and pay a little more to stay closer. (We were in bus...

Untrained Staff and Poor Management Overshadow Hotel's Location

The staff at this hotel can cause a lot of problems due to their lack of knowledge and training. As a result, complaints are not addressed properly, and those who claim to be managers try to cover up their incompetence and lies instead of taking corrective action. Additionally, the hotel is not very close to the city center....
