All fine would have been a 4 star review and generally nice hotel but I think I had food poisoning from the turkey sausages for breakfast. Didn't taste quite right, saw them again about four hours later as I started to be sick. Ruined the next day when I should have been enjoying the city. Managed the flight home but have been off work due to ongoing gastronenteritis. To the hotel - I don't want to write anything...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in June 2024. It is a lovely hotel and very centrally located. The staff were extremely helpful and warm, right from the front desk to the breakfast staff, bar staff and porters.

great location, the metro is close and the tram line is even closer.
Many of the tourist attractions are well within walking distance and its very easy to find your way around.
As for the hotel its very clean and the rooms are serviced every day to a high standard.
the breakfast is included however its very repetitive and becomes boring, I can say that is the only downside that we have experienced.

What ever issue or question we had was dealt with immediately . Also the location was excellent and only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo . Francesco one of the Porters and Massimo stuck out although as I said earlier the whole team were so friendly , happy and accommodating ....
