rooms much smaller than in the pictures, worn furniture, baggage handlers extremely intrusive, at any cost they want to carry your suitcases to your room, breakfast correct, price too expensive for what you get. there are much better hotels nearby for the same price....

We researched a lot before booking uptown palace for 3 nights in December. So when we did end up having an amazing stay here - we were not surprised. Everyone has positive things to say about their service. The rooms are spotless and the sheets match any 5 star hotel quality. We stayed in this hotel for two nights in June 2024. It is a lovely hotel and very centrally located. The staff were extremely helpful and warm, right from the front desk to the breakfast staff, bar staff and porters.

great location, the metro is close and the tram line is even closer.
Many of the tourist attractions are well within walking distance and its very easy to find your way around.
As for the hotel its very clean and the rooms are serviced every day to a high standard.
the breakfast is included however its very repetitive and becomes boring, I can say that is the only downside that we have experienced.
