This place was not at all what I had expected. The AC BARELY works, our room smelled like cigarette smoke and it didnt go away. We had a room with 2 people and there was only one towel in the bathroom. We asked the attendant down stairs for an extra and said that it would be under the sink, we proceeded to ask for another just to have an extra and he said to check the bathroom first and them let him know! Great hotel to explore Milan

The hotel is a great place to stay at and explore Milan. It is close to 2 metrolines and trams. The room was very clean and comfortable, including everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a great view from the roof top of the building. There are great pizza retaurants in 5 minutes....

I would give zero stars if possible. I stayed here for business and the client made the reservation. This is NOT a business hotel. It is a residence hotel.
They billed both the client and me the full amount for the stay and they havent refunded my money. I am in the process of disputing the charges.
You can find somewhere else to stay. This is not the hotel you want to stay at....

I didn't like this hotel. Very poor cleaning of the room: dusty shelves in the closet, wallpaper needs to be replaced, yellow sheets, hair in the bathroom, some kind of foam flowed from the bidet, old plumbing, old bath and toilet.
Breakfast is poor, except for very tasty croissants.

The hotel from the outside still looks OK. In the room, unfortunately, the tragedy begins. The room, including the bathroom, is very dated, which could be tolerated if not:
A disgusting yellowed shower curtain,
The bathtub, which was so dirty that I was disgusted to use it.
Moving toilet seat
No heating, I was freezing every night,
No cleaning service once,
The general filthiness of the room.
