The worst hotel I have ever visited I this category of 4 stars
Too much noise, in quiet hours and the stuff ignored our complains.not helpful at all
Very Bad bathroom , with broken floor and water everywhere.
Not recommended to visit for many seasons...

Pleasant mid-market hotel in a quiet area (except on market days)

Check-in/check-out was courteous and efficient. My room was quiet, spacious and overlooked their small garden at the rear. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows a little hard. The bathroom had a combined bath/shower and bidet, with plenty of towels and toiletries (including a shoe glove). Terrible customer service at the reception but that was just the beginning of an agonizing experience . Entering the room I realized that the carpet was full of dirt and even blood stains . The shower stick points everywhere except your head . Furniture belongs to the Victorian age. To finish it off there is a market outside which starts at six in the morning, so get ready to wake up with truck and metal noises whic...

The Hotel is well maintained and staff are cordial and friendly. The Hotel has a gym, nice restaurant and waiting area. One unique, interesting and liked concept that the Hotel keeps chocolate candys at the reception. The Hotel has a supermarket right opposite to it. The Metro, tram, bus stops are also nearby....

Tired, stained, unhelpful

The handbaisin was cracked and stained by a cigarette burn, the lampshades were stained, the ancient TV didnt work, the wifi was terrible, there was only one plug available for use, on the other side of the room from the bed, which wobbled and threatened to come off the wall as you took a plug out. I can say the room was clean but thats about it. Reception desk really unhelpful and unwelcoming....
