We had a pleasant stay at UNAHOTELS Cusani Milano. Upon check-in, we were initially given an upgraded room facing the tram line and street, but due to the noise from trams running until 1 am, we requested to return to our original room. The staff were very understanding and accommodating.

Pros
- good location
- loved the towels were bath sheets and the usual small hotel towels
- the bathroom was well stocked with everything you could imagine needing
- room was good size (actually able to store two suitcases)
- staff were nice
- very quiet room
- love bathrobes and slippers
Cons
- bed was too hard for my preference
- no bedside tables
- breakfast was average...

The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was rich and very good quality.
We travelled during our pregnancy months and the manager of the front office gave us a room to remember. EXCELLENT.
Also it is walking distance to the Center 0 minutes. And outside with metro.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was a great stay. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly, breakfast was nice. To address the 2 biggest complains Ive seen in previous reviews: 1) Noise. Yes, a tram line passes right by the hotel, but in all honesty, the noise wasnt bad. We were on the 5th floor, which may have had an influence on perceived noise, but one of us is a very light sleeper and they didnt have a...

Need refurbishment and renovation
Photos in the web site must be from 15+ years ago. Old hotel, and rooms. The room gave me allergy. Need an urgent refurbishment, because it is a bit decadent. Website misleading clients. Not well located. Do not recommend....
